Fraction Calculator Registration

This version of Fraction Calculator is Shareware and requires a $10 registration
fee if you are going to continue using it.  When you load the program there is an opening 
password screen.  Registered users enter the password and the game will start.
Unregistered testers can just press return at the password screen and they 
will get a registration screen where they can print an order form.
Registering the program entitles you to operate the program and being able
to get future versions free of charge.
